TNUSRB Constable Exam Pattern Overview
The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board maintains a straightforward exam pattern for Constable, Jail Warder, and Fireman recruitment, as mentioned earlier.
The test is designed for both male and female candidates, applying for any of the three positions, and it carries a total score of 80 points. The written examination includes questions that evaluate your psychological aptitude and general knowledge.

TNUSRB Constable Exam Physical Measurement Pattern
The written exam adheres to the format mentioned earlier. Upon successful completion of the written exam, candidates must clear the Physical Measurement Examination (PMT), which includes specific requirements. The selection for the PMT will be in a 1:5 ratio, meaning one candidate will be called for the PMT for every five vacancies.

TNUSRB Constable Exam Physical Endurance Test Pattern
Upon passing the PMT, candidates will proceed to the next step of the selection process, which involves an endurance test. Those who do not meet the requirements of this test will be disqualified from the competition, while successful candidates will be eligible to take the Physical Efficiency Test. The Endurance Test will encompass the following aspects.
Men – 1500 meters run in 7 minutes Women – 400 meters run in 2 minutes
TNUSRB Constable Exam Physical Efficiency Test Pattern
Upon successfully completing the endurance test, candidates will be expected to participate in a physical performance test. The test will comprise three events, each requiring a minimum qualifying score of 6 points and two stars per event, with a maximum of 15 marks attainable for achieving six stars.

TNUSRB Constable Exam Certificate Verification Pattern
Upon passing the PET, candidates will receive an invitation to participate in a certificate/document review round. After this stage, the Board will compile a list of the selected candidates who successfully completed the entire process.
